Micro Scale Spaceships (Scout Ships)

In a LEGO book checked out from the library, in a space section, was found this. A micro scale spaceship made with only four pieces.  We have taken to calling them Scout ships. Micro scale is when you make a LEGO creation (like a spaceship) that is on a smaller scale. A regular sized spaceship would fit a mini figure (A LEGO person) inside.
Here are the pieces:
  • 2 1x1 slope pieces (Could also be called a wedge piece)
  • 1 1x1 tile
  • 1x1 plate with ring
Pretty simple, right?
Now, to assemble it, put the tile on top of the 1x1 plate. Then, add the two slope pieces to the ring part as seen above.
You can make them in any combination of colors. I prefer that the two slope pieces match, but that is personal preference.
Some of the many we've made.
Scout (Yes, we named it) is the first one we made. They are called Scout ships because of that.
Scout is in the front. (Followed by Jester, Holly, Pepper, Target, Lance, Rage and Sara)
Micro scale things are fun and easy to make. This tiny spaceship is one of the simplest builds you could do, and they look super cool! You could pretend it is a mini figs model spaceship, or a toy spaceship. Or make different micro scale spaceships and planets and make a whole scene. Be creative.
Have fun building!
