Doctor Who Post

Today's post is for Doctor Who fans everywhere. I have a LEGO K-9 and Dalek for you. Both were taken from Pinterest pins. I've seen tons of ideas for LEGO Daleks. This one is my favorite.

 I'll start with the Dalek.
Dalek

• 2 red 2x3 angled plates
• 1 red 1x1 plate
• 1 red 1x2 plate
• 1 red 1x3 plate
• 2 black faucets
• 2 black 1x1 bricks with four side studs
• 1 black lever
• 1 black 1x1 plate with ring
• 2 black 1x1 round plates
• 3 black small radar dishes
• 1 black 1x2 plate
• 1 transparent light blue 1x1 round plate

In the picture and the model itself, only one of the 3 radar dishes is shown. This is because I simply could not find two more black radar dishes.

 First, stack the two black round plates in between the two bricks with side studs.

 Now take the black 1x2 plate and stack the red 1x1 plate and the plate with ring on it.

 Add the red 1x2 plate...

 And attach it to the front as shown.

 Now add the 2x3 angled plates to the sides.

 And the 1x3 plate to the back.

 Put the lever and one of the faucets on the ring to form the plunger and laser.

 Add the three radar dishes. Or, in my case, one.

 Now top with the faucet and blue round plate to form the eyestalk.

Exterminate! Exterminate!

 Here's something for the classic Who fans...  K-9!

 K-9

• 1 gray 2x4 plate
• 1 gray 2x2 brick
• 1 gray 2x2 angled brick
• 2 gray jumper plates
• 1 gray 1x2 plate
• 1 gray 1x2 tile
• 1 gray 1x1 plate
• 1 gray 1x1 tile
• 1 gray and black lever
• 1 gray 1x1 tile with vertical clip
• 1 black 1x1 round plate

 Stack the bricks on the 2x4 plate

 Put the jumper plates and the 1x2 tile on top.

 Add the tail and neck to the jumper plates (The lever and round plate).

 Put the 1x2 plate and the 1x1 plate on the round plate.

 Now add the 1x1 tile and 1x1 tile with clip to finish his head.

Affirmative master!

I've heard rumors that an official Doctor Who LEGO set could be coming soon! I sincerely hope with both of my hearts that it's true.
